• A new e-learning program designed to help lending institutions combat the credit crisis and build quality commercial loans is now available from Omega Performance. Omega+ Commercial Lending combines the company's Decision Strategy—a framework for managing risk and making credit decisions —with simulation-based, interactive learning methods focused on building the skills to perform effective risk analysis.

• Allegiance, Inc., a provider of enterprise feedback management solutions, introduced its new Ethics Training Suite, services intended to help organizations educate their employees on ethics-related issues, including detecting and preventing fraud, preventing sexual harassment, and code of conduct writing and design.

• CPP, Inc., a provider of research, training, and organizational development tools, released its new qualifications program for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment. The new MBTI Qualifications Program teaches HR, training, and organizational development professionals how to professionally and ethically administer and interpret MBTI Step I and Step II assessments and reports.

• Total Learning Concepts, a Publicis Healthcare Communications Group Company and provider of pharmaceutical and biotech sales training, introduced the new, second edition of Reprint Ready!, an interactive training tool that instructs biopharma sales professionals on how to use clinical reprints to their selling advantage.

• ESI International announced the global launch of its virtual classroom, which allows students to train together with an instructor in real time through an online environment. With microphones and instant messaging, students can hear and respond to the instructor, speak with one another, and divide into virtual breakout rooms.
