Free Software Training for Meeting Planners July 30, 2008 IML offers free interactive training workshops for planners in New York City (Edited by Stacy Straczynski)
IML announced today the scheduling of two additional free workshop sessions at its New York City office for event planners. The sessions will take place on August 7th from 10:30 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Registrants are welcome to attend either session.
Tailored to keep event and meeting planners abreast of the latest in interactive meeting technology and techniques, the workshops include hands-on training with IML's solutions. In addition, ideas and tips will be shared on how to successfully incorporate interaction into corporate meetings, training and events to increase participation, productivity and overall ROI.
The hour-and-a-half long sessions will cover how to: • Create interactive content to retain the attention of your audience; • Achieve optimum quality feedback and maximize its value; • Track demographic group responses; • Use XY matrices for effective group strategy planning; and • Manage Q&A sessions.
IML has had positive response and feedback from attendees at their previous workshops in New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles. One session attendee, Mike Schunk of Marketing Innovators International, commented, "IML's interactive workshop showed me invaluable methods to engage and realize the power of my client’s meeting attendees."
