Fairmont has raised the bar on luxury in several key U.S. markets with the introduction of Fairmont Gold. Touted as the ultimate in lavish accommodations and amenities, Fairmont Gold offers a "hotel within a hotel" that takes the brand's celebrated, signature services to an even higher level. Developed for sophisticated travelers with discriminating expectations, Fairmont Gold features extraordinary guestrooms and pampering, individualized service.
While Fairmont Gold is more suitable for business and leisure travelers, smaller exclusive incentive groups can also benefit from the creature comforts. "Guests who choose Fairmont Gold can expect private check-in, exclusive concierge service, complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, cocktail hour, light secretarial services, guest rooms with a spacious work area and high speed Internet access, complimentary local and third party calls, twice daily housekeeping with evening turndown service; and those are just some of the amenities," says John Meissner, Fairmont's executive director of corporate markets.
Fairmont Gold has recently been introduced at The Fairmont Chicago, The Fairmont Scottsdale and The Fairmont Dallas. The addition of these three products brings the number of Fairmont Gold properties in the United States to six. Fairmont Gold is also offered at Fairmont Hotels in Boston, Washington D.C. and Hawaii.
