Only a few million dollar condos are left at the luxurious Symphony House in Philadelphia. As part of a final promotional push, Dranoff Properties is offering a free Smart Car to anyone who buys one of the units at its new Center City development located along the Avenue of the Arts.
"Symphony House is currently 85 percent sold, and to increase buyer interest in the remaining units, Dranoff designed this promotion to encourage potential buyers to “live smart and drive smart," says Carl Dranoff, president and CEO of Dranoff Properties. "We chose the Smart Car because it is environmentally responsible and convenient to park and drive in Center City."
The Smart Car promotion is a limited time offer, and good for new sale agreements on select condominiums. As an added bonus, the lucky condo buyers will receive a free Symphony House parking spot, which currently sells for $75,000.
According to Dranoff, incentives play a vital role in moving real estate. "In today's difficult market, most developers are looking for ways to finish their projects. They must be creative and especially attentive to the needs of buyers. We recognized that our buyers are looking for a more responsible and convenient way to live and drive without comprising style and luxury; this is what we offer at Symphony House," he says. "Promotions are very important to reaching potential customers."
The folks at Dranoff Properties must be doing something right. Since the announcement of the Smart Car promotion, the company has experienced an uptick in interest, scheduling dozens of appointments with potential Symphony House residents.
