Batter Up for Steiner Sports' Corporate Loyalty Offerings
April 25, 2008
Steiner Sports steps up to the branding plate to offer new customized services for its corporate clients
By Stacy Straczynski

Companies looking to boost their corporate incentive offerings can now expect more promotion potential when choosing to partner with New Rochelle, NY-based Steiner Sports Marketing, Inc., the marketing division of Steiner Sports. The full-service sports marketing and event company announced the launch of their new brand loyalty and corporate incentive services last week.

Steiner, already a leading and trusted incentive industry name due to Steiner Sports Memorabilia’s business with clients such as the American Express Member, now offers its corporate clients full advantage of its program-building and branding expertise. "We've always offered products to clients looking to engage employees, but then we left it up to the client to incorporate them into their strategy," says Jason Teitler, senior vice president of marketing for Steiner Sports. "We recognized that what we're doing is building relationships … we realized that we have to get a lot more strategic in those relationships in order to allow our clients to get the most out of our products."

Steiner Sports now works one on one with its clients to help develop customized and complete communications strategies—from the development of strategi-communications-based rewards programs to internal motivational campaigns to post-campaign response tracking. The method centers on individual consultations to gain the knowledge needed to make recommendations and tailor products and actions to meet business objectives.

"Helping people increase their business through brand loyalty is not something new for us, but with the new program we are strengthening the strategic communications side," says Phil Reese, director of corporate marketing and business development at Steiner. It's the full entire package now, not just celebrities showing up and signing something. We're a one-stop shop."

Teitler adds, "We are getting very proactive on the strategic communications side. We truly become a partner … It's a much more powerful proposition.”
