Officially opened earlier this year are two new luxury hotel properties in Dubai, each of which was completed in just three years. The InterContinental Dubai–Festival City is a 36-floor hotel located on Dubai Creek. Its 498 rooms, 121 suites, three Presidential suites and one Royal suite feature choice views of the area, including panoramic views from every bathroom. The Crowne Plaza Dubai–Festival City is a 316-room property that sits directly above the state-of-the-art conference center. It includes 16 suites and two Presidential suites; fully equipped gymnasium with sauna and steam rooms and a leisure deck overlooking a 25-meter swimming pool, outdoor spa pools and stunning views.
